  • How can I create a username and a password?

Please click on the link Log in from the main menu. Then select Create new account, fill in all required fields and then click Log in. Automatically, an email with all login information for the Eshop will be sent to you.

  • How do I login ?

Click on the link Log in from the main menu. Then fill in the username and password and press Log in.

  • How can I edit or change my login data?

Firstly, login and then click on the link Edit. After completing the changes you wish to make press Save.

  • How can I retrieve my login password?

Please click on the link Log in from the main menu. Then select Forgot my password, enter your username or email and press Entrance. Automatically, an email will be sent to you with the process and steps you have to follow in order to retrieve your login password.

Orders/Purchases

  • What are the payment methods?

Online payment with credit or debit card: By selecting payment with credit or debit card you will be transferred to PayPal’s site to complete your purchase. Your credit card details ARE NOT being saved or used in any way from the eshop.

  • How can I order online?

Please select the service or product of your interest and then click Add to cart button. After completing your selections, click onView cart, where you can delete a service or a product. After finalizing any changes and in order to continue with your purchase press Checkout.

  • When will my order be processed?

Your purchase order will be entered automatically by our system and will be processed on the same day if it is entered prior to 14:00pm (+2 GMT) or on the next day if it is entered later. You can check the status of your order by clicking on the linkOrders from your account.

  • How can I see my orders?

To see your orders you should login and then click on the link Orders. Subsequently, click on your order’s No. to see the purchase details and print the relative invoice.
